COVID-19 - Update

Sorry, we have suspended all Bike Fitting until further notice.

Bike Fit

Bikes generally come in a few sizes, humans come in many more. Bike fitting adapts the key interfaces such as foot to pedal, seat and handlebars to your own personal needBack in the day selecting a bike was a simple task which generally consisted of stand over height, as long as there was an inch or two gap then the frame fit - job done!

With modern frame geometries, increased choice of seat posts, sloping top tubes and various stem lengths, fitting a bike to a rider has  many options to consider. We use the BIKE FIT system. Developed during the mid 90s BIKE FIT is a proven system which focuses less on measurements and hard set rules and more on the rider in terms of comfort.

Our Bike Fit uses an actual bike (your bike), not a static or representative rig, and relies 100% on rider feedback.

We do not assume averages based on body measurements, we do not crunch data, we use a simple process of adjustment - trial - feedback.
